I'm sorry you've having trouble finding what you need. On this page, you'll find a sitemap and a brief FAQ.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: I get so much spam email... I'm not sure about giving out my email address.
A: I can definitely relate with you! Please rest assured that I will never abuse your name or email information. You will only receive email from me that you request. We're respectful with the messages we send out and rarely send more than one message a month. I encourage you to sign up for my newsletter if you like what you see here and would like to find out when new topics are available.

Q: Can I sign up to take one of your cooking classes?
A: The schedules in my family have been a bit unpredictable the past few months and, as a result, I've had to prioritize activities. While my cooking classes are momentarily on hold, you can find a great deal of information for beginning cooks at my Cooking Up Love website. You'll find great recipes there as well as here.

Q: You have a little bit of an accent, but I can't quite place it. Where are you from?
A: I grew up in Michigan and lived in Houston and Dallas for a number of years with my husband. I like to think I may have absorbed some honorary Texas charm and hope to move back some day.

Q: Where do you get your inspiration from?
A: I grew up in a very eclectic family with six kids and parents who encouraged us to try whatever interested us. My dad had a workshop, loved working on his cars and motorcycle and researching aircraft and science-related topics. My mom loves to garden, is a fantastic quilter and an avid tag sale devotee. In our home, someone was constantly "working on a project" - and even though it's a bit of a private joke in our family, I know some of you understand exactly what that means. I've had the most incredible life because of the freedom I was given to create without having to answer to questions or logic and I plan on passing that experience along to my son.

With much love - Annie
