Dessert Recipes - Heavenly Banana Pudding

Make this dessert the day before so the flavors have a chance to blend while it sits in the refrigerator. This recipe makes a little extra but it's a perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
3 tsp butter, melted

4 oz sour cream
4 oz whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
1 cup milk
1 (3 oz) pkg vanilla pudding
2 bananas, peeled and sliced

Directions
Combine the crushed vanilla wafers with the melted butter and press into the pie plate. Put in the refrigerator until you're ready for it.

Mix together the sour cream, thawed whipped topping, milk and vanilla pudding. Spread one half of the mixture over the prepared crust. Arrange the sliced bananas on the pudding and top with remaining pudding mixture. Arrange sliced bananas on the top in a decorative pattern. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Scoop to serve.
