Make this luscious treat the night before and it can be cooking away while you make yourself pretty in the morning.

Ingredients
6 slices of Pepperidge Farm cinnamon raisin bread
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup half & half cream
2 tbl melted butter
2 tbl maple syrup
vegetable cooking spray

Equipment You'll Need
Mixing Bowl
8x8 Baking Pan
Aluminum Foil

Directions
Prepare a 8x8 baking pan by spraying it with vegetable cooking spray. Spread each slice of bread with a thick layer of cream cheese on one side. Cut each slice into cubes and place half of the cubes into the pan Sprinkle raisins over the top of the bread cubes, then add the remaining bread cubes and set the pan aside.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Mix in the cream, melted butter and maple syrup. Pour this mixture over the top of the bread and raisins and cover with aluminum foil, pressing down to make sure all bread cubes are covered. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5 - 10 more minutes, until the top gets a nice golden color. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve with maple syrup and - if you dare - a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream on top!
