1 tbl milk

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 8 oz container of whipped topping, thawed
2 (4 oz) pkgs of instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
10 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
1 prepared chocolate crumb piecrust
chocolate syrup (optional)

Equipment You'll Need
Mixing Bowls (2)
Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
Measuring Spoons
Measuring Cup

Directions
Set the cream cheese out for 20 minutes to soften and make sure your whipped topping has had time to thaw (about 3 hours in the refrigerator).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, 1 tbl of milk and peanut butter. Use a hand or stand mixer on a low speed to make this task easier. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of thawed whipped topping gently. Use the rubber spatula to scoop the mixture into the crumb crust. Spread 1/2 of the chopped peanut butter cups over the surface.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix with cold milk and stir. Once thickened, fold in the remaining whipped topping and chopped peanut butter cups. Spread pudding mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
