These are tasty and so tender the meat falls off the bone! He is going to love licking the delicious sauce off your fingers.

Ingredients
1 pound of pork baby back ribs
1/2 bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
Vegetable oil cooking spray

Rub:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbl salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbl ground black pepper

Equipment You'll Need
9x11 pan
Alumninum Foil
Sharp Knife
Basting Brush

Directions
Prepare your pan by lining it with alumninum foil. Spray the foil with the cooking spray.

Take the ribs out of the package and rinse with cool water. Dry with a paper towel and set in the foil lined pan. If you have purchased a rib rack, cut the rack into individual ribs, leaving meat on both sides of the bone.

Make the rub by mixing all four ingredients together. Pour onto ribs and rub into the meat. Pour barbeque sauce over the top, coating the ribs.  Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Bake the ribs for 2 hours and 30 minutes and check during the last 30 minutes to see if the ribs need to be basted with more barbeque sauce. Remove from oven.

At this point, you can choose to finish the ribs on the grill to add grill marks and a nice smoky flavor. Baste with more barbeque sauce and grill (over a preheated grill) for 5 - 10 minutes over medium heat.
